Zara’s Graped Banana Smoothie

Gorgeous and delicious smoothie for your morning and mine. A lovely raw fruit smoothie will help clean your insides and make your outsides look pretty.

Ingredients:

Two bananas,
Handful of blueberries,
Handful of cashews,
Grape juice,
Ice

Instructions:

Blend. Enjoy.

Makes about two cups. I had them both. I’d do it again.

But as we know, there’s many reasons why raw smoothies are good for us. So go forth, and make smoothies!
